Barbara Kok and Victor Overmars are the founders of Burn Out Poli, part of Unlimited People. They have been working since 2007 together with a team of experts from their locations in Voorburg, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Zwolle. Burn Out Poli, as a specialised healthcare provider, guides people in finding their unlimited authentic strength.
We guide clients who are ‘stuck’. No vague or prolonged trajectories, solid results in a complete programme. Unique in this is the multidisciplinary approach, our 3D formula. Since 2007, we have successfully started the reintegration of thousands of people, fast and sustainable return to work within 12 weeks.
All Burn Out Poli breakthrough coaches are trained at the Unlimited Academy. The Unlimited Breakthrough Coach annual training is University of Applied Sciences-accredited by the Dutch Register for Education (SNRO.) An independent institute for quality assurance of (vocational) training in private education.
